Please submit and return the Fund’s SEIU Direct Deposit Form located in the Forms tab of this website or request a form from the Fund.

We are excited to offer new self-service options for updating and managing your benefits options with us.
This feature is now available for the following Funds:
- Affiliates' Officers and Employees Plan (US & CAN)
- Pension Plan for SEIU Employees (US & CAN)
